📋 Description

• Formulate and execute an ambitious global growth strategy for DPO-ONE.

• Convert the company's vision into sustainable commercial success.

• Oversee market entry, customer acquisition, and the development of relationships with existing clients.

• Provide strategic direction to sales and marketing teams.

• Enhance commercial performance and establish scalable market entry routes.

• Spearhead product innovation and work with the development team to refine the SaaS solution.

• Broaden DPO-ONE's international presence and forge partnerships across various markets and sectors.

• Establish organizational and commercial foundations to facilitate the transition from startup to scale-up.

• Manage budgets effectively to meet agreed business objectives.

• Take ownership of company-wide performance and sustainable growth.

• Guide DPO-ONE through its next phase of growth as a co-owner via the Management Buy-In opportunity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in successfully guiding companies through a scale-up process.

• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and developing profitable products.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to take calculated risks and champion innovation.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Dutch and Portuguese is considered a plus.

• Familiarity with privacy legislation and compliance is advantageous.
