• Formulate and execute a bold growth strategy to establish DPO-ONE as a premier global privacy compliance solution.

• Convert the company's vision into sustainable commercial expansion.

• Spearhead market entry, customer acquisition, and the enhancement of existing customer relationships.

• Provide leadership to the sales and marketing teams.

• Propel commercial performance and create scalable market access routes.

• Lead innovation efforts and collaborate with the development team to refine and adapt the SaaS solution for global market demands.

• Broaden DPO-ONE's international presence and forge partnerships across various markets and sectors.

• Establish organizational and commercial infrastructures to facilitate the transition from a startup phase to a scale-up phase.

• Ensure efficient budget management and the fulfillment of set business objectives.

• Oversee company-wide performance and sustainable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in successfully guiding companies through the scale-up process.

• Established record in driving sales growth and creating profitable products.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to take calculated risks and foster innovation.

• Exceptional communication abilities in English.

• Proficiency in Dutch and Portuguese is considered an asset.

• Knowledge of privacy legislation and compliance is advantageous.

• Willingness and capability to make a Management Buy-In investment ranging from €40,000 to €80,000, with the final investment and ownership structure to be negotiated with current co-owners.
