This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture strong, multi-layered relationships with designated strategic accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for Managing Partners, General Counsel, CIOs, COOs, and other key stakeholders.
• Inform law firm clients and potential legal department clients about Intapp's comprehensive range of products and solutions.
• Increase awareness and position Intapp as the leading technology partner within the legal sector.
• Identify, cultivate, and oversee a substantial pipeline within the specified legal territory following the Intapp Sales Methodology.
• Keep accurate and current CRM data throughout all phases of the sales process.
• Achieve and surpass targets for additional sales, upgrades, and renewal retention.
• Engage with at-risk clients to enhance relationships, resolve issues, and reduce churn.
• Represent Intapp in marketing campaigns, press releases, case studies, and major industry events.
• Participate in speaking opportunities at ILTACon, CLOC, and legal technology user groups.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on the legal industry.
• Background with law firms, legal departments, or legal technology.
• Proven expertise in account planning, development, and long-term territory management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales, renewal, and retention objectives within the legal sector.
• Capability to manage intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving Am Law 50 firms and large corporate legal departments.
• In-depth knowledge of legal technology, including practice management, risk and compliance, time and billing, or similar solutions.
• Strong comprehension of law firm operations, partnership frameworks, and legal industry purchasing behaviors.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence at an executive level.
• Capacity to engage Managing Partners, General Counsel, CIOs, CFOs, and other senior leadership stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Client-first approach and resourcefulness.
• Proven ability to deliver consistent results across a high-value, complex portfolio of business.
