📋 Description

• Formulate and implement Spire's strategic growth initiatives and annual operational budget.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance service offerings and propel business growth.

• Track financial performance and deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and client results.

• Develop and execute business development strategies that align with annual revenue targets.

• Cultivate relationships with RIAs, financial advisors, enterprises, and industry partners.

• Increase market awareness and adoption of Spire Outsourcing services.

• Identify opportunities that can bolster the firm's market position and industry visibility.

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Engage in client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews.

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality financial planning solutions.

• Advocate for client satisfaction and long-term retention.

• Recruit, mentor, and guide financial planning professionals.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

• Encourage ongoing professional development and industry education.

• Assist in the implementation of technologies and processes that enhance service delivery.

• Keep abreast of financial planning trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

• Assess and adopt new tools, methodologies, and technologies to enhance service offerings.

• Represent Spire at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, consulting, or related leadership roles.

• Proven track record in business development and revenue enhancement.

• Experience in leading teams and managing strategic initiatives.

• Strong comprehension of financial planning processes and advisor requirements.

• CFP® designation or an equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.

• Required to hold FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
