Managing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Engage in the resolution of construction disputes, claims preparation, forensic accounting, cost analysis, project controls, and contract management on active projects.

• Execute damages quantification, which encompasses loss of productivity, prolongation expenses, additional work, and contract evaluations.

• Assist in the preparation of expert reports.

• Perform advanced data research.

• Cultivate and manage client relationships.

• Create and present findings through effective presentations.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure assignments are completed to client satisfaction.

• Lead or assist in construction project management and control functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector, emphasizing construction claims, cost control, and change order management.

• An accredited undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or a related field from a prestigious university.

• Possession of a professional license and/or professional certifications, such as a professional engineer, engineer in training, cost professional, or project management professional.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Capability to lead and operate within multidisciplinary teams.

• Demonstrated professionalism and client interaction skills.

• Solid technical expertise in project planning and control.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.

• Adaptable approach to work.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in managing and/or overseeing construction projects, ideally within the infrastructure and energy sectors.

• Prior experience in providing consultancy services on significant and/or intricate disputes is preferred.

• Strong report-writing capabilities along with industry experience in large-scale construction and engineering projects.
