This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Propel the next stage of growth by increasing repeatable, high-quality revenue, enhancing cross-product go-to-market strategies, and pinpointing opportunities across various markets, segments, and channels.
• Guide the product portfolio using market-aligned roadmaps, introducing new products, establishing self-sustaining economics, and leveraging emerging tools such as AI.
• Transform the operating model towards business-unit-level ownership, accountability, transparency, discipline, scalable incentives, and enhanced end-to-end operational efficiency.
• Enhance customer value by boosting retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value while fostering customer-led innovation.
• Oversee revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, capital allocation, and ensure predictable financial performance.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing, customer-centric organization.
• Establish strategic direction and drive ongoing, profitable growth across the product portfolio.
• Develop and implement the strategy for the business's next phase, including evolving the operating model, improving go-to-market strategies, and commercializing new products.
• Report directly to the Managing Partner.
• Demonstrated experience as a CEO, Managing Director, COO, VP, or General Manager with full P&L responsibility in a software or technology organization.
• Previous P&L accountability of $5M or more.
• Proven ability to lead and nurture a team of 10 or more individuals.
• Experience in launching new products into the market and successfully scaling them.
• A strong history of scaling and growing established software businesses and transforming operations.
• Robust commercial insight across sales, pricing, and go-to-market strategies, including cross-selling and market penetration.
• Capability to lead across product, operations, and finance domains.
• Solid financial acumen, encompassing P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, especially AI.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a related discipline.
• Leadership style characterized by empathy, influence, and active listening.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strategic yet hands-on approach with the ability to convert vision into actionable plans and achieve results.
• High level of accountability and ownership.
