Managing Director, Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee consultants across various healthcare consulting initiatives.

• Ensure exceptional delivery, client satisfaction, and successful project completion.

• Mentor consulting team members and promote their professional development.

• Manage resource allocation, staffing, and scheduling effectively.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with departments such as Commercial, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and HR.

• Direct complex projects focused on operational improvement, clinical transformation, and revenue cycle management.

• Analyze client operations to formulate strategies that enhance clinical workflows and healthcare delivery.

• Supervise change management and the implementation of practices, technologies, and systems.

• Provide guidance to clients on regulatory compliance, clinical standards, and operational efficiency.

• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore new markets.

• Lead the development of proposals, including project scoping, costing, and deliverables.

• Create white papers, case studies, and presentations.

• Represent the firm at conferences, seminars, and client meetings.

• Manage project budgets and monitor resource utilization.

• Track and report key performance indicators related to project success, client satisfaction, and business impact.

• Implement project management, risk mitigation, and quality control best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12 or more years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, value-based care, and healthcare policy.

• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies for operational improvement.

• Strong skills in project management, risk mitigation, and quality control.

• Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to varied audiences.

• Proven client management abilities and a talent for building long-lasting relationships.

• Financial expertise in overseeing project budgets and forecasts.

• Capacity to remain stationary for extended periods.

• Ability to quickly adapt, shift priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Competence in operating computer programs and software.

• Effective communication skills in both in-person and electronic formats.

• Ability to collaborate closely with peers in a shared workspace with frequent interruptions.

• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or healthcare-related credentials are preferred but not mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field is highly preferred but not required.
