This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Drive business outcomes through proficient client service, management, and retention strategies.
• Oversee daily client operations and activities.
• Prepare for and lead client meetings effectively.
• Independently manage and execute various projects.
• Handle complex projects, teams, and client deliverables.
• Assist in or lead the formulation of multi-year strategic plans that align with client-specific business needs and objectives.
• Comprehend, update, and construct financial models.
• Serve as a mentor and trainer for consultants.
• Cultivate relationships across internal teams, client organizations, and vendor partnerships.
• Offer employee benefits consulting services and oversee daily account management for assigned clients.
• Act as a principal point of contact for clients.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in employee benefits consulting.
• Exceptional client-facing and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Life and Health license in good standing, required within 90 days of hire.
