Manager, Value & Access Analytics – GTN Forensics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute established analytical workstreams that support GTN forensics priorities, encompassing problem framing, data assessment, analysis, validation, and delivery.

• Collaborate with workstream leads and partner teams to uphold timelines, resolve issues, and ensure that outputs are both accurate and beneficial.

• Detect unusual patterns at the plan, invoice, or claims level and conduct initial root-cause analyses.

• Prepare findings for discussions with business partners, and monitor feedback, disposition, and follow-up actions.

• Contribute to business requirements, data definitions, user acceptance testing, documentation, feedback, and support for the rollout of integrated tools, data products, and workflows.

• Analyze various market access data, including invoices, rebates, claims, contracts, access, chargebacks, and reimbursement information.

• Conduct quality checks and reconciliations, investigate data discrepancies, and document assumptions, limitations, and outstanding questions.

• Clarify business inquiries, align analytical methodologies, and translate findings into actionable implications and recommendations.

• Create and sustain recurring reports, dashboards, presentations, and other communication materials.

• Tailor communications for both technical and non-technical audiences and escalate significant risks or decisions promptly.

• Collect stakeholder feedback, refine analytical rules and thresholds, enhance repeatability and efficiency, and assist with training, release, and adoption activities.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, data definitions, analytical logic, assumptions, decisions, and handoffs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline; OR a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in one of these areas combined with 2 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in one of these fields combined with 4 years of relevant experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, healthcare analytics, market access, and/or strategy consulting, with knowledge of GTN, payer or provider contracting, pricing, rebates, reimbursement, coverage, or access.

• Proven experience in independently delivering defined analytical workstreams or supporting analytics products from requirements gathering and data assessment through testing, reporting, and stakeholder adoption.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with one or more analytical or reporting tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or Anaplan.

• Familiarity with datasets related to invoices, rebates, claims, contracts, chargebacks, access, reimbursement, or other healthcare and market access data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong collaboration, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across different teams, and meet agreed timelines.
