
Manager, US Field Inventory Commercial Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
β’ Manage and implement Quality and Compliance programs within the US DePuy Synthes Commercial Quality Region focused on last-mile operations that support loaner and field inventory activities.
β’ Ensure adherence to Inter-Company Quality Agreements, legal contracts, and Quality Agreements.
β’ Oversee audit and inspection processes, field actions, management reviews, purchasing controls, delivery service incidents, quarantines, holds, recalls, and material/product controls.
β’ Supervise cGMP, storage, handling and distribution, quality investigations, and collaborations with franchises, 3PLs, and other partners.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external partners regarding distribution quality issues.
β’ Collaborate with Franchise Quality, Microbiological Quality, Sterility Assurance, and Commercial Quality partners to address quality challenges.
β’ Develop, review, and authorize assessment plans, risk assessment reports, non-conformance reports, CAPAs, audits, and other relevant documentation.
β’ Assist in the creation and modification of global and local procedures.
β’ Assess compliance risks, suggest corrective actions, and monitor progress.
β’ Represent Quality on project teams.
β’ Report issues in accordance with policy and provide regional metrics.
β’ Conduct interviews, hire, train, assign tasks, guide, and evaluate employees; address concerns and resolve issues.
β’ Manage or collaborate with team members on personal, skill, and career development.
β’ A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in a highly matrixed organization is essential.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ Proven ability to manage critical audits effectively.
β’ Capability to build consensus and guide individuals through transitions.
β’ Strong background in project management.
β’ Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate.
β’ Proficiency in partnering across various functions effectively.
β’ Ability to simplify complex topics for better understanding.
