This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Spearhead the assessment, intake, and prioritization of global training requests, identifying opportunities for standardization, globalization, or local adaptation.
• Create and manage scalable learning solutions, frameworks, and curricula that enhance functional, technical, compliance, and operational capability development across various countries.
• Propel the adoption, testing, and scaling of contemporary learning methods, including AI-driven learning, digital formats, and blended learning strategies.
• Oversee the global employee listening strategy, encompassing the design, administration, and governance of employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and feedback systems.
• Evaluate employee feedback data and trends to produce executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with local HR and business leaders to implement targeted action plans that improve employee experience, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead the global HR transformation and transition to a new operating model by developing global capabilities and translating strategic priorities into measurable learning outcomes.
• Work alongside international committees, departments, and local HR teams to identify needs and ensure solutions align with critical business priorities.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing expertise in instructional design, training and development, employee engagement, and employee listening strategies.
• Facilitate communication between global learning and development and IT to assist in the configuration of global solutions such as learning management systems and employee listening tools.
• Oversee global L&D budgets, vendor governance, and resource allocation.
• Ensure cost-effective delivery while adhering to vendor engagement standards, maintaining quality and impact, and promoting continuous improvement through governance, feedback loops, and outcome-based evaluation.
• You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You possess several years of practical managerial experience in People Leadership, Talent Management, Culture Development, and/or Learning & Development.
• You demonstrate excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives at once.
• You have proficiency in digital learning technologies and platforms, including e-learning, LMS, and virtual training tools.
• You excel in communication and possess strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• You effectively navigate change while guiding the team with resilience, adaptability, and a global perspective.
• You are fluent in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
