Manager, Training Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, which encompass sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.

• Supervise multiple instructors, focusing on performance management, career growth, coaching, and day-to-day leadership.

• Partner with cross-functional and internal teams to optimize scheduling, improve customer enablement, and drive revenue growth.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on training, collaborating on the design and updates of both existing and new courses.

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to technical support teams.

• Develop and maintain operational, management, and ad hoc reports to evaluate the performance of the training delivery group.

• Collaborate with sales teams to define new customer engagements, present to clients, and suggest training content.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.

• A minimum of 3 years managing the delivery of technical training courses.

• Proficient in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training delivery platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and virtual labs.

• Experience in managing training budgets, allocating resources, and overseeing software/tool licensing for instructional teams.

• Capable of tracking, analyzing, and reporting on training effectiveness, student CSAT, and instructor performance KPIs.

• Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI technologies, including developing and delivering training on best practices.

• Proven experience teaching technical subjects to diverse audiences, from desktop support technicians to IT managers and executives.

• Professional demeanor in client-facing situations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Enthusiasm for expanding both technical and soft skills.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities.

• Ability to cultivate a positive work atmosphere and attitude.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Proven experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, increase efficiency, and achieve business outcomes.

• Willingness to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment.

• Relevant industry or instructional certifications are advantageous, such as CompTIA CTT+, CPTD, or vendor-specific accreditations.

• Bonus qualifications include experience in incident response, threat intelligence, computer forensic analysis, secure network architecture, network operations, programming, and scripting.
