This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate requirements, coordinate, design, develop, and implement interactive learning solutions.

• Support the overarching strategy and objectives of Evernorth’s pharmacy.

• Utilize the ADDIE model to craft impactful training solutions.

• Conduct needs assessments and various analyses to pinpoint employee performance or knowledge deficiencies.

• Act as a learning consultant to synchronize training strategies with process improvement initiatives, program modifications, or mandated changes.

• Leverage adult learning theory and essential training methodologies to develop engaging learning experiences.

• Employ curriculum development tools to design e-learning training, facilitation guides, course materials, training aids, self-directed materials, and additional training support resources.

• Test courseware in a Learning Management System (LMS) prior to delivery to ensure learner accessibility and functionality.

• Keep abreast of advancements in training and instructional design, recommending adjustments to curriculum and practices.

• Complete special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in instructional design or as a learning consultant is required.

• At least 2 years’ experience proficiently using Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise, Review) is essential.

• Over 2 years’ experience in system and process training is strongly preferred.

• Significant experience with Microsoft Office and LMS applications is necessary.

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in building relationships between teams or with stakeholders.

• Proven capability to develop training courses and supporting documentation.

• Experience in conducting needs analysis and operations application functionality.

• Established ability to identify tailored strategies and tactics for effective training delivery.

• Understanding of adult learning methodologies.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer service skills.

• A cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload speed when working remotely.
