This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Educate Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers.
• Assist in enhancing qualitative dollar sales, profitability, and market share for Allergan Aesthetics.
• Provide advanced product messaging and business development training.
• Track skill advancement from entry-level to senior sales positions.
• Improve sales representatives’ capacity to convey advanced scientific information, business development practices, and portfolio messaging.
• Conduct field co-travels, training sessions, manager meetings, and National Sales Meetings.
• Implement sales directives and training programs across designated Area geographies.
• Aid in onboarding and development for new hires.
• Facilitate Field Sales Training initiatives.
• Contribute to the national training plan as part of the marketing strategy.
• Organize training and development for newly appointed managers.
• Monitor and improve new-hire progress throughout the training continuum.
• Provide coaching and developmental feedback.
• Facilitate pre- and post-training onboarding sales calls.
• Attend at least one new-hire sales training course each year.
• Complete quarterly field co-travels, prioritizing new hires.
• Collaborate with sales and practice management leaders to identify representatives for co-travels.
• Identify learning gaps, provide written follow-up, and schedule manager follow-up calls.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with the health care and/or pharmaceutical sector.
• Over 3 years of field sales experience in the device industry; surgical experience is highly preferred.
• More than 2 years of sales training experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• At least 2 years of project management experience preferred; health care experience is a plus but not essential.
• High level of technical expertise and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Capability to form, lead, and guide integrated teams and individuals.
• Adaptability to a rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong platform presence and proven ability to deliver group presentations at district, regional, and national meetings, as well as to major clients.
• Exceptional organizational, scheduling, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Ability to devise and implement key strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle.
