📋 Description

• Design and execute wealth management products, remaining at the cutting edge of technological innovations.

• Engage with the complete technology stack, incorporating database management, DevOps infrastructure for ongoing deployment, and backend development including integration and middleware configuration.

• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore development teams to ensure projects and enhancements are delivered on time and with high quality.

• Oversee and integrate systems within the wealth management domain, guaranteeing smooth functionality.

• Assist internal business users by addressing their technological requirements and inquiries.

• Supervise software configuration and version control, ensuring a streamlined and organized development workflow.

• Work with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, suggesting innovative improvements.

• Mentor and support team members, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable managerial position, with a robust background in software development.

• Practical experience with database management, DevOps methodologies, and backend development.
