Manager – Technology Transformation Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and lead segments of client projects that emphasize digital transformation, technology modernization, cloud strategy, operating model evolution, and enterprise change initiatives.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions.

• Analyze business, technology, process, and organizational data to produce actionable recommendations.

• Assist in day-to-day engagement execution, which includes workplans, task ownership, milestone tracking, deliverable quality, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.

• Develop executive-ready deliverables such as maturity assessments, transformation roadmaps, business cases, operating model recommendations, governance frameworks, and decision-support materials.

• Organize complex client challenges into workstreams, analyses, recommendations, and implementation pathways.

• Establish trusted client relationships while focusing on measurable business value.

• Aid in proposals, solution shaping, and client presentations.

• Mentor and develop team members through feedback, coaching, development planning, certifications, stretch assignments, and career progression.

• Manage staffing, utilization, workload balance, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Support hiring, promotions, and compensation decisions while representing team insights in leadership discussions.

• Keep an eye on team health, morale, workload balance, staffing alignment, performance patterns, and engagement risks.

• Collaborate with advisory, cloud, engineering, data & AI, managed services, change, and design teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of relevant consulting or technology transformation experience.

• Proven experience leading client-facing engagements in digital transformation, cloud strategy, or technology modernization.

• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, or develop consultants, analysts, or cross-functional project team members.

• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, including cloud, data, and AI platforms.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in producing executive-level deliverables such as roadmaps, business cases, and assessments.

• Ability to work independently and manage workstreams effectively.

• Willingness to travel based on client and business requirements.
