This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Join a remote, enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering impactful solutions that delight our customers.

• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and UX to manage project scope and outline deliverables for the roadmap, refining estimates as necessary.

• Oversee all resource assignments and communicate timelines, scope, and technical issues to stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 software engineers, contributing to team success by providing feedback on pull requests and reviewing the overall architecture of features being delivered.

• Identify technical debt areas, conduct cost/benefit analyses for resolution, and collaborate with Product to integrate this work into the roadmap.

• Define, monitor, and share metrics to ensure code quality, reliability, scalability, testability, observability, and more.

• Work alongside technical leads to ensure the development of flexible systems and processes within the team.

• Create processes that drive technical accountability, identify bottlenecks, and remove potential roadblocks for engineers.

• Utilize AI-native coding practices and tools to enhance development workflows, improve code quality, and foster innovation in our engineering stack.

• Write code using our modern stack: C# + .NET Core or Typescript + Node.

• Strong foundational knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

• An eagerness to adopt an AI-native mindset, utilizing advanced AI tools to speed up development, automate routine tasks, and enhance creative problem-solving.

• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
