Manager, Talent Acquisition – Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Function as a player/coach by training and mentoring junior team members while managing a requisition load.

• Act as the lead recruiter for various positions throughout the organization.

• Develop and refine recruiting processes, which include maintaining job descriptions.

• Oversee 1–3 team members, including recruiters and coordinators.

• Collaborate with leadership to comprehend the business drivers influencing hiring decisions.

• Partner with the Finance department on significant budget implications and decisions.

• Propel team performance through the use of OKRs.

• Collaborate with HR leadership to educate hiring managers and facilitate interview training.

• Counsel and guide managers throughout the complete recruitment lifecycle.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

• Enhance the company brand through engagement with potential candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8+ years in a recruiting role with a proven history of increased responsibility.

• 1-3 years of formal experience in people management.

• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume hiring environment.

• High level of proficiency with ATS tools; experience with iCIMS is advantageous.

• Strong comfort level with talent sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experience as a key contributor in a dynamic software development setting.

• Proven record of progressive responsibility, including managing high requisition loads.

• Ability to grasp role nuances, team dynamics, and candidate motivators.

• Capacity to advise and mentor hiring managers.

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, persistence, and empathy.

• Capability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality standards.
