Manager, Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Drive the global talent acquisition strategy for the company.

• Formulate and implement strategies to attract, source, screen, select, and onboard high-quality candidates.

• Oversee and enhance the global recruitment process continuously.

• Lead and coordinate a team of recruitment professionals.

• Monitor recruitment activities and address any issues that arise.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to anticipate and fulfill recruitment requirements.

• Provide guidance to stakeholders on innovative recruitment strategies and processes.

• Analyze recruitment data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Ensure a superior candidate experience and a consistent corporate representation.

• Personally manage senior-level and other critical vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer communication.

• Support the recruiting team through resource allocation, coaching, and skills development.

• Own and maintain the relevant recruitment systems.

• Manage relationships with third-party providers and strategic partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent experience is required.

• More than 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• At least 2 years of experience managing recruiters, preferably within a global organization.

• Proven experience in motivating and leading teams.

• Excellent communication skills at all levels and functions, both internally and externally.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, develop, and support a team in a dynamic environment.

• Capacity to drive the recruitment process and serve as a trusted advisor.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Proficient in analyzing and defining problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions.

• Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.

• Experience in a related field is a plus.
