This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, guide, and achieve impactful strategies that support the future direction and objectives of the organization.
• Create and execute strategies aimed at delivering innovative business models and enhancements within core offerings.
• Collaborate with regional teams and central functions to foster business growth, streamline planning, and ensure alignment.
• Provide insights into competitive and market intelligence.
• Concentrate on business planning, regional assistance, and competitive and market intelligence initiatives.
• Support and/or lead corporate development efforts, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative discipline relevant to the responsibilities.
• An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in a strategic capacity (corporate strategy, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking).
• Proven ability to identify and comprehend key market data to inform strategy formulation, business planning, and decision-making.
• Experience in international business development and collaboration with global teams.
• Extensive experience in developing and designing implementation plans to facilitate execution.
• Experience handling sensitive, confidential materials while ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
• International exposure with an appreciation for cultural differences is highly desirable.
• Capability to identify and articulate business questions and challenges, and to create strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks.
• Proficiency in strategic analysis, market research, and financial modeling.
• Proven track record in strategy development leading to measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, business acumen, relationship-building, communication (both verbal and written), facilitation, public speaking, organization, planning, and management skills.
• Ability to establish and implement performance metrics.
• Capacity to plan with a five-year perspective.
• Willingness and ability to gain a thorough understanding of project management, the profession, and PMI standards.
