This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist with product and service engagements from the signing of contracts through successful delivery, encompassing scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients as part of a core team alongside Senior Advisors, Solution Architects, Engagement/Managing Directors, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Program/Project Managers and Associates.
• Address complex business and technology challenges, set strategic objectives and key results, develop program strategies, and oversee technology engagement delivery.
• Set milestones, track master plans and schedules, identify program challenges, and seek solutions.
• Manage decision-making processes and requirements based on objectives and success metrics.
• Recognize and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Engage in contract and contract-change negotiations, coordinating financial terms and conditions.
• Cultivate client relationships and networks, deliver presentations to diverse audiences, and engage with clients on a daily basis.
• Effectively communicate issues and solutions through both written and verbal methods.
• Lead engagements that involve intricate analysis and problem-solving.
• Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance initiatives.
• Manage and mentor junior consulting team members.
• Create opportunities and assist in business development efforts.
• At least five (5) years of experience in business and technology management within a Professional Services environment.
• Required end-to-end experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Experience with Managed Services is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leading programs for small to medium-sized organizations.
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams that have diverse perspectives.
• Eagerness to acquire functional/technical expertise in Networking, Security, Cloud, and Data/Analytics solution planning and execution.
• Healthcare or related operational, functional, data-domain, and/or technical experience to facilitate Digital Transformation engagement planning and execution across healthcare sectors and business units.
• Understanding of significant regulatory considerations and solution implications for healthcare payers, providers, or life sciences.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering or technical staff, in a project-execution role.
