This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in the execution of enterprise strategic initiatives, special projects, operational enhancement efforts, and cross-functional transformation programs.
• Convert organizational priorities into practical project plans.
• Oversee implementation activities and facilitate the adoption of new processes, programs, and capabilities.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives and special projects that align with organizational priorities.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, resource needs, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, financial, and support center leaders to execute initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Assist in the deployment and rollout of enterprise programs, operational changes, technology-driven solutions, and new business processes across practices and support center functions.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement through stakeholder feedback, observation, data analysis, and process reviews.
• Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, governance forums, and discussions for stakeholder alignment.
• Create implementation plans, communications, training materials, job aids, and tools to support adoption.
• Document, refine, and implement scalable best practices across markets and functions.
• Monitor project and operational performance metrics and propose continuous improvement recommendations.
• Develop presentations, executive summaries, dashboards, decision materials, and status reports for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Clinical Affairs, and other functional teams.
• Support change management by engaging stakeholders, communicating effectively, and promoting the adoption of new processes and programs.
• Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and initiative tracking tools utilizing Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Participate in enterprise transformation and organizational enhancement initiatives as assigned.
• Travel domestically as required.
• 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategic operations, management consulting, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in supporting operational improvement, standardization initiatives, or enterprise deployments.
• Background in physician practice management, ambulatory healthcare, or multi-site healthcare is preferred.
• Capability to lead projects and strategic initiatives through planning, execution, deployment, and follow-up.
• Strong skills in organization, prioritization, time management, and program management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, communicate complex information clearly, and establish productive relationships across all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including data analysis, root-cause analysis, and opportunity evaluation.
• Ability to support organizational change, drive stakeholder adoption, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Ability to leverage technology and innovative strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Knowledge of physician practice operations and ambulatory healthcare workflows.
• Familiarity with project management, process improvement methodologies, and strategic planning frameworks.
• Experience in developing dashboards, performance reporting, KPI and metric analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Proficient with AI-native tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and practice management software.
