This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead and mentor a team of Client Advisors in a fast-paced, consultative SMB sales environment.
• Guide discovery, qualification, portfolio selling, deal management, and commitment-seeking processes.
• Evaluate live and recorded calls along with active opportunities; offer constructive feedback and conduct role-playing sessions.
• Recruit and interview Client Advisors, focusing on consultative potential and sales expertise.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the inbound Client Advisor playbook by utilizing call audits and conversion metrics.
• Manage performance through corrective measures, established timelines, and improvements in conversion and sales performance.
• Oversee onboarding, sales training, ramp milestones, and the transition to quota-carrying performance.
• Assist with career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Supervise pipeline qualification, opportunity progression, prioritization, and forecasting practices.
• Identify process enhancements that boost efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Talent Operations, Client Experience, People, and relevant specialists.
• Present cross-departmental findings, metrics, and action plans.
• Inspire the team through recognition, incentives, and clear expectations.
• Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, continuous improvement, and call review.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Evaluate KPIs and deliver quantifiable improvements in conversion rates, sales performance, call quality, and opportunity progression.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of three years in business-to-business sales experience.
• One to two years of direct leadership experience with inbound, inside, or end-to-end small business sales teams.
• Proven track record of enhancing individual and team sales performance through effective coaching, opportunity management, and clear performance expectations.
• Capability to learn and coach a structured sales methodology.
• Experience in managing pipeline and maintaining forecast accuracy within a CRM system.
• Genuine and demonstrable enthusiasm for AI in the workplace, including its application in improving sales-team research, call evaluations, and coaching.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in presenting metrics and strategies to cross-departmental colleagues.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting processes and priorities.
• Full availability during working hours to assist the team and address client escalations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving company while managing diverse challenges, deadlines, and relationships.
