This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +2 more countries.
• Lead critical strategic and operational projects across Intellect.
• Assume responsibility for intricate priorities impacting growth, performance, or scalability.
• Organize ambiguous challenges and convert analysis into straightforward decisions and actions.
• Formulate practical, data-informed recommendations rooted in frontline realities, customer demands, and commercial factors.
• Collaborate with functional, market, and senior leaders to establish priorities, address constraints, and sustain momentum.
• Make informed decisions despite incomplete information, competing demands, and limited resources.
• Oversee initiatives from diagnosis and business-case development to implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Develop implementation strategies with stakeholders, including milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Partner with execution teams throughout the process rather than passing initiatives off after analysis.
• Leverage data and frontline insights to pinpoint constraints, test interventions, and enhance results.
• Monitor outcomes and take action when execution does not meet expectations.
• Establish processes, tools, operating rhythms, and accountability to maintain improvements.
• Enhance planning, performance measurement, and management practices.
• Create management systems, dashboards, review procedures, and decision-making frameworks.
• Foster collaboration across functions, markets, and levels of seniority.
• Convert strategic or commercial priorities into scalable operational frameworks and replicable playbooks.
• Build capabilities, processes, and team structures for efficient operations.
• Assume broader operational responsibilities as organizational needs and capabilities develop.
• Around 4–10 years of experience, preferably in management consulting, strategy, transformation, professional services, or a similarly demanding operational setting.
• Strong foundation in structured problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Capability to independently generate work suitable for senior leadership decisions.
• Drive to transition from advising organizations to actively building and operating one.
• Energized by implementation and ownership, rather than merely providing recommendations or presentations.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how operational, customer, and financial considerations interrelate.
• Proficient in managing incomplete information, competing priorities, and limited resources.
• Highly analytical and comfortable engaging with data.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders while establishing trust and credibility with execution teams.
• High standards, low ego, and the willingness to navigate between strategic inquiries and detailed operational tasks.
• Natural ownership, consistent follow-through, and the ability to uphold high standards with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions, cultures, markets, and levels of seniority in a dynamic organization.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, insurance, enterprise services, or multi-market businesses is advantageous but not mandatory.
