Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee one or more Agile teams

• Mentor Scrum Masters

• Enhance Agile maturity

• Ensure the successful execution of strategic business and technology projects

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Delivery Leaders, and business stakeholders

• Eliminate obstacles and boost team efficiency

• Manage risks and deliver quantifiable business results

• Assist in portfolio planning, financial management, and organizational Agile transformation initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a technology-centric environment

• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks

• Proven experience in leading large-scale technology or business projects

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities

• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Clarity

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification is preferred

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification is preferred

• PMP Certification is preferred
