This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Lead a team of Screening Solutions Specialists within a specified geographic area.
• Promote Abbott Cancer Diagnostics products to healthcare providers, including physicians, integrated delivery networks, and multi-specialty clinics.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the team while actively promoting products.
• Accompany direct reports to provide training and coaching through observation.
• Oversee area sales targets and report progress to management.
• Establish communication channels and operational mechanisms to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
• Ensure that the sales force adheres to quality, regulatory, and company policies.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers.
• Gather customer insights, market trends, and competitive data, and share them with leadership and peers.
• Present product technology and clinical benefits that are relevant to customers.
• Ensure the effective utilization of sales processes, approved marketing, and promotional materials.
• Utilize company resources to provide technical, clinical, and business solutions.
• Manage open territories and recruit personnel as vacancies arise.
• Set a vision, promote high performance, and lead with integrity, accountability, and courage.
• Delegate responsibilities, evaluate employee performance, and offer feedback and training opportunities.
• Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Uphold the company's mission and values.
• Support and adhere to the Quality Management System.

• Maintain dependable attendance and adhere to the designated work schedule.
• Work nights and/or weekends as necessary.
• Utilize mobile devices, tablets, or computers and perform typing for approximately 60% of a typical workday.
• Travel 60% of working time away from the primary work location, which may include overnight or weekend travel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field as specified in the essential duties.
• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role within the medical, healthcare, or technical sectors.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions, revocations, surrenders, or invalid status.
• No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents in the last 36 months.
• No alcohol or drug-related vehicle incidents in the last 36 months.
• No unacceptable liability findings from the Motor Vehicle Report check.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility access requirements, such as vaccination and mask policies.
• Capability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience selling to or managing sales teams in primary care physician offices or OB/GYN practices.
• Preferred: Experience in a sales leadership capacity.
• Preferred: Willingness to relocate.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as necessary.
• Willingness to travel 60% of working time, which may include potential overnight or weekend travel.
