This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute territory carve builds and scenario modeling based on approved criteria and data sources.
• Address and resolve compensation inquiries and disputes at the representative level; escalate plan design questions or exceptions that impact take-home pay.
• Maintain plan documentation and quota records as the definitive source of truth.
• Assess and prioritize enhancement requests for Salesforce; draft requirements for development.
• Test and implement approved changes in Salesforce, including training and follow-up on adoption.
• Oversee CRM data integrity, including deduplication, account/entity mapping, and monitoring pipeline data accuracy.
• Uphold and enforce the sales process documentation playbook.
• Train the sales team on Salesforce procedures and forecasting mechanics.
• Monitor pipeline accuracy and drive resolution for stale, incomplete, or misclassified opportunities.
• Assist with bottom-up forecasting, territory-level flux analysis, regional and global reviews, and executive presentations.
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards that track quota attainment, pipeline coverage, pull-through, and performance.
• Provide regular reporting to sales leadership and monitor territory-level KPI variances.
• Analyze discounting trends and identify exceptions.
• Collaborate with local teams to promote process adoption and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance to address order issues and ensure accurate backlog status in Salesforce.
• Develop and manage AI-supported tools to monitor order health and identify delays or issues.
• Reconcile Salesforce bookings and revenue data with Finance records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Oversee tracking of renewal and service contracts.
• Manage Salesforce access, forecasting tools, and territory assignments for newly hired sales personnel.
• 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related commercial function, preferably in B2B life sciences, medical device, diagnostics, or complex technical sales.
• Proficient Salesforce power-user (reports, dashboards, list views).
• Advanced skills in Excel; comfortable creating and maintaining structured, auditable models.
• Experience in sales compensation administration (calculations, plan communication, dispute resolution).
• Strong communication skills across functions and regions; comfortable collaborating with sales leaders from AMR, EMEA, and APAC.
• High standards for accuracy.
• Able to thrive in a scaling and developing environment; capable of building structure proactively.
• Interest and some proficiency in utilizing automation or AI tools to streamline recurring operational workflows.
• Authorized to work in the United States, confirmed through E-Verify.
