Manager, Sales Enablement, Visual Content and Design

📋 Description

• Create and sustain engaging sales enablement materials, tools, and resources for customers.

• Assist in driving engagement and sales initiatives.

• Simplify intricate business, product, and market ideas into clear and approachable visual stories, layouts, and descriptions.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on strategic storytelling and visual design projects.

• Enhance understanding and demonstrate customer impact.

• Ensure alignment of materials with business goals, brand guidelines, timelines, and seller requirements.

• Oversee multiple enablement projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Anticipate and address needs related to content, processes, and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, commercial strategy, revenue operations, or a similar field is required.

• Certification in sales enablement, program management, business analysis, digital marketing, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
