This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the Sales analytics division and manage Sales Analysts who support both regional and enterprise Sales leadership.
β’ Create and implement the Sales Strategy & Analytics roadmap.
β’ Offer strategic insights and suggestions to enhance Sales performance, productivity, profitability, and field execution.
β’ Identify opportunities for performance improvement, risks, trends, and growth drivers.
β’ Provide executive-level insights that align with organizational priorities and growth targets.
β’ Track regional performance, trends, and key Sales metrics.
β’ Manage Sales dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance metrics.
β’ Define, monitor, and refine KPIs in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
β’ Lead analyses concerning profitability, resource allocation, market performance, and business outcomes.
β’ Assess performance across regions, markets, dealer segments, products, and initiatives.
β’ Act as the business owner for Sales enablement technologies and platforms.
β’ Drive the adoption, optimization, vendor management, and continual enhancement of Sales tools.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, Technology, Training & Development, People, and other stakeholders.
β’ Assist in planning processes, business reviews, initiative prioritization, and performance management routines.
β’ Lead, mentor, coach, and manage the performance of the Sales Strategy & Analytics team.
β’ Establish success metrics and continuously enhance analytics capabilities, reporting processes, technology platforms, and the delivery of business insights.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, or related fields.
β’ Proven experience in leading analytics, reporting, business intelligence, strategy, or performance management functions.
β’ Experience in leading, developing, or mentoring analytical talent.
β’ Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen.
β’ Capability to translate complex data into straightforward, actionable business recommendations.
β’ In-depth understanding of Sales performance, KPI management, reporting, profitability analysis, and business planning.
β’ Experience in developing dashboards, scorecards, reporting routines, executive insights, or materials for business reviews.
β’ Ability to leverage data, reporting, and business insights to identify trends, assess performance, and drive actionable outcomes.
β’ Excellent communication, executive presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Must not require sponsorship now or in the future to work legally for Credit Acceptance, including H-1B, H-4, or F-1 OPT visa holders.
β’ Required degrees must have been obtained from accredited institutions of higher education.
