Manager, Revenue Cycle Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational management, leadership, and execution of revenue cycle projects and initiatives.

• Perform research on best practices.

• Conduct operational assessments to facilitate implementation.

• Create standardized reporting key performance indicators.

• Support other identified revenue cycle projects.

• Integrate cross-functional processes for effective project management.

• Prioritize quality, productivity, and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative.

• PMI Certified Project Management Professional.

• Project Management Professional certification and/or Certified Revenue Cycle Representation expected within one year of the hire date.

• Extensive experience and proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office products (MS-Word, MS-Excel, etc.) and various EHR platforms.

• Exceptional organizational skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in problem resolution.

• Knowledge of performance improvement, including data collection, analysis, process identification, and implementation of process changes.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks, especially in high-pressure situations.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
