Manager – Reimbursement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee cost reporting for Medicare/Medicaid and provide audit assistance to optimize governmental reimbursement.

• Manage the monthly assessment and analysis of revenue deductions along with accounts receivable reserves.

• Lead various projects as assigned by the Director of Reimbursement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting.

• Proven experience in staff management.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and upper management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

• Familiarity with the month-end closing process for net revenue.

• No specific licensure is required.
