This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive quality improvement program throughout an extensive network of crisis centers.

• Manage internal quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with funder and agency quality improvement objectives and deliverables.

• Prepare quality improvement/outcome reports for external funders and stakeholders, including SAMSHA, Vibrant QI, and various Board and Committee reports.

• Monitor, analyze, manage, and report on performance metrics; develop strategies for enhancement.

• Organize regular program quality improvement meetings to assess outcomes, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with various departments to create proactive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with contracted operational and clinical KPIs for crisis centers.

• Investigate claims against the organization or crisis centers, including non-compliance with best practices or mandated policies and procedures.

• Arrange and lead meetings with senior leadership to communicate quality improvement initiatives.

• Manage crisis centers and data collection; employ analytical and measurement skills to monitor KPIs and evaluate progress.

• Supervise Quality Improvement Specialists, including ongoing management, oversight, and staff development.

• Oversee the preparation of written reports, data compilation, and visual representations of KPIs and other metrics.

• Engage in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes for new staff.

• Collaborate with co-managers within the team.

• Execute additional responsibilities as required within the scope of the position.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, or Social Sciences is required.

• A Master's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, or Social Sciences is preferred.

• Professional clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, PsyD) is preferred if applicable.

• Prior leadership experience in a crisis center is preferred.

• Experience with compliance and quality improvement initiatives is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Capacity to effectively lead, engage, and manage a team of specialists.

• Skills in project development, management, and implementation are necessary.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is required.

• Experience in quality improvement and compliance activities is necessary.

• Basic understanding of contact center data and analytics is needed.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment is essential.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills is required.

• Proficient presentation and public speaking skills are necessary.

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others is essential.

• A strong customer-service orientation is required.

• Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time.

• Will frequently operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.

• Will often communicate via video calls with internal and external stakeholders.
