Manager, Project Operations – Install Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and continuous improvement of installations across Sunrun’s installation team.

• Lead the Central Install Quality Review team.

• Act as a crucial escalation point for field leadership and Senior Leadership regarding significant quality issues and systemic operational problems.

• Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve recurring quality challenges.

• Manage the relationship between License Holders and the Install Quality team.

• Spearhead process enhancements, FIC app and AI improvements, Channel Partner construction assessments, and quality-centric training programs.

• Promote high performance through proactive coaching, talent development, and stringent quality standards.

• Perform root-cause analyses to reduce field error rates.

• Integrate AI and automated technologies into the Field Installation Review application.

• Co-develop specialized FIC review training programs for new Foremen and onboarding teams.

• Hold Channel Partners and License Holders accountable through audits, relationship management, and data-informed executive reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 6 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or customer support settings.

• Standard office environment necessitating extended computer usage and active involvement in both virtual and in-person meetings.

• Willingness to travel to corporate offices 3–5 times annually.
