Manager, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Implementation Consultants.

• Provide direction in solution design, system configuration, and data analysis to meet business requirements.

• Encourage career growth, cross-training across Routeware’s product offerings, and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Effectively allocate resources across projects, balancing utilization, skill sets, and customer needs.

• Oversee customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and transition to Customer Success.

• Serve as an escalation point for customer-related issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Ensure consultants engage with clients, finalize system configurations, interpret and analyze data, present findings, and identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align expectations with delivery capabilities.

• Develop and enhance implementation methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.

• Supervise the quality of deliverables, including alignment with SOW, project documentation, and reporting.

• Monitor team utilization, productivity, and project success metrics.

• Advocate for best practices in data management, reporting, and analysis.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at scaling Professional Services and enhancing customer onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Project Management, including leadership of customer-facing teams.

• Strong expertise in system implementation and data analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to provide data-driven recommendations.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and translate technical findings into customer-friendly insights.

• Proven track record in leading and developing teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

• PMP or a similar project management certification is preferred.
