Manager – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation team tasked with onboarding and integrating new ISV channel partners into the PayFac platform.

• Oversee partner implementation projects, including planning integrations, allocating resources, and managing timelines.

• Develop and manage project plans that encompass scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.

• Optimize partner implementations with a focus on risk, security, and payment yields.

• Lead and mentor professional services and technical implementation resources.

• Collaborate with sales and partner success teams to synchronize onboarding strategies with partner objectives.

• Act as the escalation point for implementation challenges and resolve cross-functional roadblocks.

• Create and enhance implementation processes, documentation, and partner enablement materials.

• Monitor performance metrics to ensure high-quality partner onboarding.

• Advocate for AI integration within professional services team procedures.

• Establish and maintain departmental procedures.

• Coordinate with Marketing on customer-facing materials.

• Serve as the project manager for large or VIP projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in professional services, project management, or partner implementations in a SaaS environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in team management.

• Strong comprehension of payment processing, gateways, and ISV integration models.

• Experience with APIs and technical integration projects.

• Solid understanding of project management tools and reporting components.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and client relationships at the same time.

• Minimal travel (<15%) may be necessary for company or client meetings.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is preferred.

• Familiarity with teamwork.com as a project management tool is preferred.

• Knowledge of PCI DSS, AML, and other compliance standards is preferred.

• Pre-existing legal authorization to work in the United States; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
