Manager – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding and integration of new ISV channel partners into the PayFac platform through the implementation team.

• Manage partner implementation projects, encompassing integration planning, resource allocation, and timeline oversight.

• Create and maintain project plans that detail scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource management.

• Enhance partner implementations focusing on risk management, security, and payment optimization.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to professional services and technical implementation teams.

• Work in tandem with sales and partner success teams to ensure onboarding strategies align with partner goals.

• Act as the escalation point for implementation challenges and facilitate cross-functional issue resolution.

• Develop and improve implementation protocols, documentation, and partner support materials.

• Monitor performance metrics related to the quality of partner onboarding.

• Incorporate AI into the workflows of the professional services team.

• Establish and uphold departmental procedures.

• Collaborate with Marketing on materials intended for customers.

• Assume the role of project manager for significant or VIP projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in professional services, project management, or partner implementations within a SaaS framework.

• At least 2 years of experience in a team management role.

• In-depth knowledge of payment processing, gateways, and ISV integration frameworks.

• Experience with APIs and technical integration initiatives.

• Strong familiarity with project management tools and reporting features.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.

• Occasional travel (<15%) may be required for company or client engagements.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Background in fintech, payments, or financial services is advantageous.

• Familiarity with teamwork.com as a project management tool is preferred.

• Understanding of PCI DSS, AML, and other compliance standards is desirable.

• Must have pre-existing legal authorization to work in the United States; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
