
Manager, Product Planning, Agent Success, Travel Experience and Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of product planning and ensure roadmap alignment for designated agent-facing tools and functionalities.
• Establish and manage product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and release priorities.
• Analyze business needs, adoption trends, agent feedback, issue patterns, bugs, and enhancement requests.
• Drive product decisions, prioritization, and ongoing improvements.
• Confirm that product modifications align with agent experience, operational workflows, client impact, and business goals.
• Identify operational requirements, workflow gaps, product limitations, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Evaluate feasibility and provide recommendations.
• Review product performance, adoption metrics, issue trends, and user impacts.
• Supervise implementation readiness, testing strategies, communication planning, training methods, and hypercare support.
• Organize testing participation and monitor reported issues.
• Maintain readiness logs and identify gaps or risks.
• Assist in release preparation.
• Collaborate with product, operations, development, regional leadership, support teams, and business partners to align priorities and address outstanding questions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant prior work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to translate product details, readiness status, risks, and action items into concise updates.
• Ability to work autonomously and quickly familiarize oneself with tasks.
• Exceptional time-management and project management skills.
• Proficiency in balancing multiple product initiatives, documentation requirements, testing activities, stakeholder requests, and release readiness priorities.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office products and collaborative tools.
• Skilled in creating documentation, process flows, presentations, reports, project trackers, and shared materials.
• Ability to leverage data, feedback, product knowledge, and operational insights for recommendations and decision-making.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and capacity to manage competing workstreams.
• Experience working in a virtual, regional, or global team environment.
• Experience in business travel or travel management is an advantage.
