Manager, Product Management – Control Electronics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving global Product Management team.

• Convert market strategies into actionable product plans and priorities.

• Take responsibility for portfolio expansion, profitability, pricing, and investment outcomes.

• Propel the execution of product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer demands.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from inception to discontinuation.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to provide customer-centric solutions.

• Evaluate business cases and significant product investments to ensure robust returns and competitive advantages.

• Utilize customer feedback and competitive insights to enhance the portfolio continuously.

• Facilitate cross-regional management and alignment within a matrix organizational structure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management within drives, controls, and HVAC.

• Demonstrated experience supervising Product Managers or cross-functional teams.

• Proven history of managing product P&L, driving product growth and profitability, and overseeing multi-product or platform portfolios.

• Comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and new product development (NPD) processes.

• Strong technical expertise and capability to engage with engineering teams.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

• No current or future work authorization sponsorship is necessary.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20%, with increased travel if working remotely.

• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

• Experience in global product organizations is preferred.

• Experience in managing platform-based product strategies is preferred.

• Familiarity with European market requirements and regulatory frameworks is preferred.

• Experience in portfolio optimization and platform standardization is preferred.
