This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the management of Product Managers, offering coaching, mentoring, scoping of tasks, and prioritization of responsibilities.
• Assist Product Managers in enhancing their skills, pinpointing areas for growth, establishing expectations, and delivering constructive feedback.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams, including Product, Engineering, and UX, throughout planning, prioritization, development, launch, and ongoing enhancements.
• Create product plans that are in line with market needs and growth potential.
• Work alongside customers and cloud ecosystem partners to define functional and technical requirements together with Engineering.
• Utilize metrics, user feedback, and customer partnerships to guide data-driven product choices.
• Develop messaging, content, and competitive positioning in collaboration with Product and Marketing leadership.
• Incorporate AI into product management methodologies to enhance efficiency, insights, and customer value.
• Take ownership of the product lifecycle and spearhead strategic innovation for the Insight platform.
• More than 7 years of experience in product management roles.
• Proven history of delivering impactful products in complex or ambiguous settings.
• Preferably possess experience in Cyber Security or an AI-driven Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• At least 3 years of experience leading product teams.
• Proficiency in AI, including the selection and application of AI techniques to resolve issues, make informed decisions, and boost productivity.
• Experience in managing engaged and high-performing Product Management teams.
• History of developing and mentoring Product Managers across various levels.
• A customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of customer needs.
• Capability to drive results and take ownership of both successes and setbacks.
• Ability to establish credibility and trust with engineering, design, data, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate clear product perspectives.
• Comfort in navigating organizational changes.
• Skill in making efficient, transparent decisions while addressing roadmap challenges.
• Ability to work globally and across organizational boundaries.
• Proficient in achieving consensus among diverse product cohorts.
