This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of, govern, and consistently enhance the Stage Gate process for all 21 Own Brand brands.
• Promote the adoption of standardized Stage Gate procedures, workflows, roles, approvals, and documentation.
• Facilitate the transition of brands not utilizing Hive onto the platform and create practical, compliant workflows.
• Spearhead training, user acceptance, adoption, and compliance activities for Stage Gate implementation.
• Manage and refine the comprehensive product development and launch process from concept through to launch and lifecycle transition.
• Establish process steps, responsibilities, inputs, data points, dependencies, handoffs, and timing expectations.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundant tasks, communication gaps, and inconsistent practices.
• Enhance visibility into project status, launch milestones, requirements, risks, and subsequent steps.
• Oversee the implementation, launch, adoption, and ongoing business ownership of a new Product Lifecycle Management system.
• Collaborate with the PLM vendor, IT, implementation partners, and project management resources.
• Define future-state processes, workflows, governance structures, roles, data ownership, business rules, integrations, and system requirements.
• Coordinate process validation, data preparation, user acceptance testing, training, communications, deployment, and business readiness.
• Manage post-launch platform governance, support, feedback prioritization, change requests, and enhancements.
• Create role-based training, job aids, and guidance for Stage Gate, Hive, PLM, and product launch processes.
• Lead readiness initiatives, communications, adoption efforts, reinforcement, and change management across brands and functions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional process improvements, transformations, governance, or enterprise technology implementation initiatives within a matrixed organization.
• Experience in supporting Stage Gate, product development, new product introductions, sourcing, supply chain, operational excellence, or product launch processes.
• Background in leading or serving as a business owner for a PLM, workflow, ERP, PIM, MDM, or similar enterprise system implementation is preferred.
• Capable of defining end-to-end processes, workflows, business requirements, data points, governance models, roles, handoffs, and system requirements.
• Strong project and program leadership abilities, including managing priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated capabilities in change leadership, facilitation, training, user acceptance, and engaging collaborators.
• Ability to influence across companies, brands, functions, and organizational levels without direct authority.
• Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working with IT, third-party software vendors, implementation partners, and project management organizations is preferred.
