
Manager, Product – Engineering Productivity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Establish a long-term vision for products, including strategy, roadmap, user adoption, and measurable results for engineering productivity platforms.
• Create product strategies by analyzing user personas, use cases, customer advantages, and value propositions of solutions.
• Oversee and prioritize product roadmaps and releases across various offerings.
• Ensure that product teams grasp the necessary business outcomes and their alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Identify and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate product health and foster measurable enhancements.
• Mentor product teams and stakeholders to bridge gaps and facilitate improvements.
• Sequence and prioritize roadmap outcomes within capacity limits to maximize customer value.
• Engage with customers and users to identify needs, formulate product hypotheses, and refine solutions through testing.
• Collaborate with product teams to create and implement operational plans.
• Investigate industry best practices and trends.
• Recruit, nurture, and maintain a high-performing team.
• Foster shared accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Over 10 years of relevant business experience, ideally in a product manager, product owner, or related role.
• Familiarity with iterative development principles and software development processes.
• Proficiency in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• High degree of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influence skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong facilitation skills and expertise in executive communications.
• Certified Product Manager or a similar certification is preferred.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities is preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing product strategies using value, outcomes, metrics, and measurements is preferred.
• Knowledge of product management tools, techniques, and principles across discovery, design, build, release, and measure cycles is preferred.
• Proven track record in leading and influencing cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in user interface design and usability best practices is preferred.
• Experience with large, complex organizational initiatives is preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are preferred.
• Financial management skills to oversee budgets across multiple products and ensure return on investment are preferred.
