Manager, Presentation Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the shift workflow and daily operations of the presentation design team.

• Assess, prioritize, and delegate incoming projects efficiently.

• Engage in negotiations regarding deadlines and clarify project requirements with clients.

• Supervise team workload, capacity, and performance; reallocate assignments and provide assistance during high-demand periods.

• Offer feedback, mentorship, training, and career development support to designers.

• Conduct quality-control evaluations to ensure deliverables align with specifications and brand standards.

• Keep precise project documentation and records updated.

• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management processes.

• Work together on process enhancements, skills-gap assessments, and training initiatives.

• Act as the team’s client-facing representative during the shift, managing inquiries and escalations.

• Compile shift turnover reports and engage in leadership meetings.

• Evaluate presentation design requests, convert business needs into design solutions, manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and guide designers toward successful results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in presentation, graphic design, or marketing fields.

• 3–5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.

• Deep understanding of design principles and marketing/financial services industry standards.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in related software applications.

• Strong organizational, communication, and coaching abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and realign priorities in a remote, fast-paced setting.

• Experience in quality control, process management, effective job trafficking, and team development.

• Enthusiastic about implementing AI technologies and new insights to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.

• Expert-level knowledge of presentation design workflows, deliverables, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Visual Communication.
