
Manager, Portfolio Marketing – High School Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy for vertical growth and the go-to-market framework for High School Partnerships.
• Act as the strategic marketing collaborator with HSP leadership and Sales teams.
• Recognize emerging opportunities and create market assessments.
• Evaluate and prioritize states, regions, segments, and customer prospects.
• Formulate recommendations on investment areas for HSP and the rationale behind them.
• Grasp commercial priorities, sales strategies, school dynamics, decision-makers, and customer requirements.
• Convert field insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
• Aid in the activation of priority accounts and markets.
• Create growth strategies tailored to specific states, regions, and segments encompassing messaging, campaigns, field engagement, conferences, content, and other channels.
• Design experiments, assess results, and amplify successful strategies.
• Evaluate customer, commercial, campaign, workforce, school, industry, and competitor data.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative insights to construct business cases.
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and other departments.
• Establish repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, measurement, and learning.
• Create market intelligence and marketing planning processes that enhance focus, execution, and decision-making quality.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preference for fields such as Education, Higher Education, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Over 7 years of experience in vertical marketing, strategic marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, market intelligence, growth strategy, business development, or similar roles.
• Proven capability to translate data and customer insights into actionable business proposals.
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prior experience in Sales or another commercial organization is highly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and sound business judgment.
• Ability to distill complex market and customer signals into straightforward recommendations and choices.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Sales, commercial, product, or business leaders.
• Comfort in challenging assumptions while nurturing strong stakeholder relationships.
• Capacity to work independently, create structure, and build new capabilities amidst ambiguity.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Genuine curiosity about K–12 education and the ability to quickly understand school, counselor, administrator, and family dynamics.
• Must live and work within the United States.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

• Successful completion of all relevant pre-employment screening processes is required.
