This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the vertical growth strategy and the go-to-market framework for High School Partnerships.
• Convert business objectives, market possibilities, customer feedback, and commercial requirements into cohesive strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Spot emerging opportunities and create market evaluations.
• Evaluate and prioritize states, regions, segments, and customer prospects.
• Act as a strategic ally to HSP leadership and the Sales team.
• Grasp commercial priorities, sales dynamics, school interactions, decision-makers, and customer requirements.
• Transform field insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
• Aid in the activation of priority accounts and markets.
• Formulate growth strategies that are specific to states, regions, and segments encompassing messaging, campaigns, field engagement, conferences, content, and additional channels.
• Create tests, assess results, and scale successful methods.
• Examine data related to customers, commercial activities, campaigns, workforce, schools, industries, and competitors.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative insights to construct business cases.
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and others.
• Establish repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, measurement, and learning.
• Identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Develop targeted growth strategies for priority states, regions, and schools.
• Document and scale successful strategies.
• Create dependable market intelligence and planning processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; preferred fields include Education, Higher Education, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in vertical marketing, strategic marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, market intelligence, growth strategy, business development, or a related area.
• Proven ability to convert data and customer insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Previous experience with Sales or another commercial organization is highly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
• Ability to distill complex market and customer signals into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Established experience collaborating with Sales, commercial, product, or business leaders.
• Comfort in challenging assumptions while maintaining robust stakeholder relationships.
• Capability to work independently, create structure, and develop new competencies in uncertain environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication abilities.
• A keen interest in K–12 education with the ability to quickly learn about school, counselor, administrator, and family dynamics.
• Must reside and perform work within the United States.
• Must be willing and able to travel as necessary.
• Must fulfill applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
• Must complete employment eligibility verification via Form I-9.
