This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team of resident consultants and spearhead the professional services division for all CrowdStrike Falcon product modules.
• Develop and expand a team that provides Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Next-Gen SIEM, and LogScale services.
• Collaborate with professional services leadership to improve organizational structure, broaden programs, enhance efficiencies, and create services centered around customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery results and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor team members to enhance their skill sets and optimize performance.
• Initiate efforts to improve delivery methods, implement automation, bolster security measures, and enhance time-to-value utilizing AI and other technologies.
• Monitor new CrowdStrike technologies and create innovative service offerings.
• Supervise a portfolio of customer projects from both leadership and tactical viewpoints.
• Engage with customers during pre-sales activities, solution presentations, deal structuring, project initiation, and all stages of project execution.
• Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to create service communications, deliver presentations, align customer needs with solutions, and finalize opportunities.
• Over 8 years of experience in the security industry in a professional services role or similar capacity.
• In-depth understanding of employee management principles with proven ability to lead teams effectively.
• Experience collaborating with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering, as well as managing post-sales transitions.
• Proven experience overseeing technical deployments, tracking time, and managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with developing documentation and transferring deployment knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer requirements and experiences into constructive feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of security endpoint products and solutions.
• Understanding of SIEM skills and best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, parsers, search queries, dashboards, and alerts.
• Experience with log management/SIEM solutions (Falcon LogScale, Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, LogRhythm, Exabeam Data Lake, etc.) in a professional services or similar role.
• Familiarity with distributed applications hosted on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Knowledge of identity management solutions.
• Automation experience creating scripts in Bash, Python, or other programming languages.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
