Manager, Payor Strategy – Contracting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses for strategic projects.

• Create frameworks and oversee essential payor contracting initiatives.

• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.

• Recognize revenue opportunities and challenges.

• Collaborate with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance on analyses and models that support payor contracting strategies.

• Convert complex analyses into actionable insights for senior leadership.

• Keep track of changing payor and demographic trends.

• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

• Utilize project management, communication, collaboration, and independent decision-making skills effectively.

• Uphold confidentiality in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process enhancement is required.

• Strong skills in leadership, analysis, communication, and process improvement are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools is expected.

• Capability to lead cross-functional projects is necessary.

• Ability to handle competing priorities is vital.

• Skills in performance data analysis are required.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment is essential.

• An advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.

• A PMP or similar project management/process improvement certification is preferred.
