This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the development of tailored sponsorship proposals for both potential and existing clients.
• Transform client objectives, channel advantages, and program data into engaging narratives.
• Create proposal templates, program presentations, and supplementary materials.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated sponsor accounts.
• Foster client relationships, provide updates on programs, address issues, and assist with partnership needs.
• Oversee sponsorship programs from the signed agreement through to renewal.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and sales teams to fulfill contracted program components.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor deliverables, and identify potential risks.
• Gather and present reports on program performance.
• Evaluate results against goals to shape renewal strategies, proposal development, and upsell possibilities.
• Formulate retention strategies with the Strategic Partnerships leadership and sales representatives.
• Contribute to proposal standards, participate in brainstorming sessions, and enhance departmental processes.
• Assist senior leadership during client meetings or launch discussions.
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure programs adhere to client specifications and internal benchmarks.
• 8-10 years of experience in a client-facing, marketing, or partnership role, preferably in a media, publishing, education, or sponsorship setting.
• Proven history of proposal writing, program marketing, or sales support.
• Experience managing client accounts or sponsor programs through the entire cycle.
• Familiarity with budget management for sponsored initiatives ($50K–$1M+) is advantageous.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a portfolio or examples of client-facing work preferred.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to client events as required.
• Strong strategic writing and storytelling abilities; skilled in crafting clear, persuasive, and customized proposals for each client.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Competent project management skills; organized, deadline-oriented, and able to handle multiple accounts concurrently.
• Ability to interpret program data and performance metrics into actionable narratives for clients.
• Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and engaging with sponsor clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; familiar with proposal and project tracking tools.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to balance client expectations with revenue and operational objectives.
