Manager, Partner Firm Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee recruiting outcomes throughout partner firms in the Northeast and Southeast.

• Lead and nurture a team of recruiters and sourcers.

• Establish strong relationships with firm CEOs, CGOs, and Heads of People.

• Provide guidance to firm leadership on workforce planning, market intelligence, and talent strategy utilizing recruiting expertise and data.

• Conduct weekly one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, search calibration, and reporting routines.

• Develop scalable recruiting processes and systems that enhance quality, speed, and candidate experience.

• Act as the primary operational anchor and manage the platform-wide escalation process.

• Address recruiter inquiries, direct unresolved issues, maintain process documentation and playbooks, and manage tier-1 recruiting-tooling issues.

• Propel delivery in alignment with regional hiring plans.

• Mentor the team through intricate senior searches, candidate negotiations, and search calibration.

• Integrate AI-enabled recruiting workflows and utilize recruiting analytics to enhance funnel health.

• Collaborate on governance, tooling, reporting standards, and team-wide recruiting initiatives.

• Represent the team and region, proactively identify risks, and translate field realities into platform decisions.

• Lead talent integration for newly joined firms in the region.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle experienced-hire recruiting.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience managing a team of 3 or more recruiters in a high-growth, PE-backed, or professional services setting.

• Proven experience in building and developing high-performing recruiting teams, with a focus on coaching in assessment, stakeholder management, and closing.

• Extensive hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruiting, with a history of leading teams to achieve consistent hiring results in high-growth environments.

• Strong operational capabilities, a proactive approach, effective prioritization, sound judgment, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and consistent execution.

• Active AI proficiency in personal workflows and experience coaching a team on AI adoption; a curious mindset, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly.

• Experience in running an operations or enablement function for a recruiting team, including escalation management, documentation, process ownership, and vendor/tooling triage.

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to cultivate trusted partnerships at senior levels and maintain direct working relationships with hiring leaders.

• Based on the East Coast.

• Willingness to travel quarterly to partner firms throughout the Northeast and Southeast.
