This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with service-level agreements, quality benchmarks, regulatory obligations, and internal controls.
• Manage team performance through consistent feedback, coaching, development planning, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Lead initiatives in recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and capability enhancement.
• Identify and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, capacity, backlogs, and system dependencies to reduce service interruptions and processing delays.
• Proactively recognize, evaluate, mitigate, and escalate operational, compliance, technology, and customer-related risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology partners, support functions, auditors, and senior management.
• Deliver timely and precise reporting and analysis of business drivers, key performance indicators, service metrics, risk indicators, and productivity measures.
• Analyze performance patterns, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and long-term operational strategies.
• Lead governance routines, business reviews, audits, compliance assessments, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, controls, documentation, and business continuity plans.
• Manage projects and change initiatives from planning to execution.
• Uphold confidentiality and safeguard customer, employee, and business information.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusivity, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• In-depth understanding of defined contribution plan operations, regulatory standards, and industry practices.
• Strong grasp of the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and relevant regulations pertaining to defined contribution plans.
• Exceptional leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, delegation, conflict resolution, and talent development.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong operational risk and control awareness.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to interpret data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proven project management and change management skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and results-driven.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and making sound decisions under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Quick learner of new processes, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; experience with reporting or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work late-night shifts if necessary.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the US Retirement Industry.
• Preferably 6 years of experience in DC.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any field.
