Manager, Organizational Effectiveness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage specific work portfolios that convert enterprise strategies into actionable initiatives.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of comprehensive solutions, which include refining operating models, organizational design, establishing ways of working, clarifying roles, and optimizing processes.

• Integrate change management methodologies and engagement strategies into all initiatives.

• Partner with COE leaders and HRBPs to evaluate needs, align priorities, and customize OE solutions.

• Create and monitor success metrics to track adoption and assess business impact.

• Employ consistent OE standards and methodologies to ensure a replicable approach across the enterprise while providing guidance to project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• 8–12+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, Strategic HRBP, or related fields, with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects.

• Strong proficiency in organizational design, performance enhancement, and change management.

• Prosci certification is mandatory.

• Proven capability to influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity effectively, and apply strategic judgment to intricate problems.
